Wrong Item / Damaged Product / Incomplete Product
If the product you receive is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, we are happy to offer a replacement with the correct product.
To request a return or replacement:

Contact us via WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product.

Include clear pictures of the damaged or incorrect item.

We will arrange for a return pick-up of the product.
Return Guidelines:

The item will undergo a quality check to confirm the issue is due to our fault.

Make sure to return all original tags, accessories, and packaging in their original condition.

In case of missing items, we will send the missing parts after verification.
Didn't Like the Product / Quality Issue / Size Not as Expected / Changed My Mind
While we strive to provide the best quality products, slight variations in appearance, color, and finish may occur, especially in handmade and art pieces.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
How to initiate a return?

Email us within 7 days of receiving the product.

We will arrange a return pick-up.

After a quality check, we will process either an exchange or refund.
Important Notes:

A 20% deduction will be applied to cover return shipping costs in case of a refund.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be reversed to the original payment method.

For COD orders, customers must provide bank details for the refund.

COD charges are non-refundable; only the product cost will be refunded.

Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Condition for Returns:

The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch without any additional cost. Please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours to cancel your order.
Cancellation after 24 Hours:

A 20% deduction will apply to prepaid orders to cover return shipping costs.

A 3% payment gateway/transaction fee will also be deducted.

Once your order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
Bulk Orders
Orders valued at INR 15,000 and above are considered bulk orders. The standard return, refund, and exchange policies do not apply to bulk orders. These orders are non-refundable, but individual defective or damaged items may be replaced.
Bulk orders may also take longer to ship, and delivery times will be confirmed by our team at the time of order confirmation.
